FACILITY_gecexteriorThe Generose Enrichment Center incorporates a unique blend of tradition and architectural history with modern technology to create an aesthetically pleasing environment. The enhanced facility contains a spacious upper conference hall seating 100+, along with two seminar rooms for groups of 10-32, a social hall, and a serving kitchen to accommodate the college community, area businesses, other schools and civic organizations in conducting seminars, workshops and meetings.

The facility is conveniently located 2 miles west of Interstate 43 on the Silver Lake College campus at 2406 South Alverno Road, Manitowoc, WI. Ample parking is available.

All facility rooms are equipped with presentation equipment including overhead projectors, VCR/DVD Player, white boards and portable computer units. Presenters may bring in any additional equipment with prior arrangement/agreement of the facility coordinator. Additional features include central air, telephones and copy machines as well as the availability of surround-sound in the main conference hall. The facility is ADA compliant.

Facilities for wedding ceremonies and receptions may be used by students, alumni, employees, board members and donors of Silver Lake College.

FACILITY_gecinteriorA member of the facilities staff will be on duty whenever the Generose Enrichment Center has scheduled activities. This individual will be responsible for opening and closing the facility or to assist groups being hosted, if necessary.

Additional Fees:

  • Technical Staff for the Franciscan Center is $50 per hour.
  • Security Staff is $25 per hour for events serving alcohol (inside or outside).
  • Rental of the video projector for the Performance Hall is $100/half day or $200/full day.
