Art Education
Silver Lake is known for an excellent Art Education Program with a high success rate for the Art Education graduates receiving employment in their field of study.
The Art Education degree assists the student in developing the advocacy for the arts and for the meaning of the creative process as future teachers and provides the professional training needed to be an art educator. The Licensure Program prepares art education students to receive a teaching license for Early Childhood through Adolescence (birth through age 21).
