Financial Aid for Teacher Licensure Programs
Students who are pursuing teacher licensure at Silver Lake College may be
eligible for financial aid in the form of
scholarships, grants, low-interest
student loans and student
employment. In addition, students should contact their employers about
tuition reimbursement opportunities through
their place of employment.
To receive financial aid from federal, state or institutional sources, licensure
students must first be admitted to the college. Students must file a Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
each year and indicate that the results should be sent to Silver Lake College
(School Code 003850).
Once a student's financial aid file is complete, a financial aid award will be
mailed to them listing each type and dollar amount of aid they are eligible to
receive. Please note that most types of aid require at least half-time
enrollment.
