Students who are pursuing teacher licensure at Silver Lake College of the Holy Family may be eligible for financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants and low-interest student loans. In addition, students should contact their employers about tuition reimbursement opportunities through their place of employment.
To receive financial aid from federal, state or institutional sources, licensure students must first be admitted to the college. Students must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year and indicate that the results should be sent to Silver Lake College of the Holy Family (School Code 003850).

Once a student's financial aid file is complete, a financial aid award will be mailed to them listing each type and dollar amount of aid they are eligible to receive. Please note that most types of aid require at least half-time enrollment.
Financial Awareness Counseling provides students with the basics of financial management, shows students their current federal student loan debt (and their current student loan debt if they enter information about their private student loans), and provides students an estimate of what their student loan debt is likely to be at the time they leave school.
