Teaching Certification in Biology

Students with a Biology Minor seeking teaching certification in Biology are required to take either a course (BIO 271) or a workshop (BIO 280) on the environment, complete a certifiable major, and complete the Teacher Education core which includes Methods and Student Teaching in Biology and student teaching.
