Moving In

Deciding what to bring with you to College can be a difficult decision. Pack too much of your stuff, and you lose valuable dorm space, pack too little and you are likely to forget many important belongings. To aid you in your preparation the SLC Residence Life Team has provided for you a Move-In Checklist (pdf) with a few suggestions.

Furnishings

The SLC - Custer Village has already provided the following furnishings within the apartments for your convenience:

Dresser
Desk with Chair
Sofa
Desktop bookcase
Lounge Chairs(2)
Coffee table
End table
Floor lamp
Table lamp
Refrigerator
Stove
Dishwasher
Garbage Disposal
Washer & Dryer

No additional "large ticket" furniture items may be brought in by students. The students must provide all other items. Note that the apartments are carpeted.
