Minor in Social Science

The Social Science Minor provides students with a broad understanding of human society, including environmental and cultural factors shaping and conditioning human life. The program develops an awareness of the complexities of contemporary society, and provides perspectives on groups of varying race, ethnic background, gender, and religion through an interdisciplinary approach.
