REGISTRATION ADDITIONS or WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawal deadline:    prior to completion of 60% of course
CAUTION:  Ceasing to attend class of itself does NOT result in an Official Withdrawal.  The official Change of Registration form determines the student's official withdrawal date.

Course change deadline:  within the first week of the published start date
This includes adding or dropping a course, or, changing from Graduate to Undergraduate or Undergraduate to Graduate.  It is the student's responsibility to verify/correct registration at the first class.

Necessary changes in course registration are to be made by completing official notification with the Registrar.  Withdrawal at any time without official notification to the Registrar merits academic failure in the course.
