The Lady Lakers took on the Lady Cougars from Kuyper College on Friday and came out with a 67 to 41 victory. That did improve their record to 13 and 7 for the season. The team started off a bit sluggish offensively against them, but played extremely well on defense holding the Lady Cougars to 14 points and went into the halftime with a 14 point lead.
