The Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management provides a student with a sound understanding of theories and practices consistent with successful practices in the field.  This program offers courses which prepare students for a career in Human Resource Management and fully aligns with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) curriculum guides established in 2005.

Thomas Kuenzi 

Kuenzi, a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has over 25 years of real world work experience in accounting, banking, and finance.  Kuenzi also has over 20 years of teaching experience.  Kuenzi emphasizes the practical application in the accounting, business, and finance coursework that he teaches.  Accounting is known as the "language of business" and Kuenzi strives for teaching excellence in preparing students for the real world in accounting and business fields.  He encourages and emphasizes to students the importance of internships for application of content knowledge and skills learned in the classroom.  Kuenzi holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA).
