Nancy Sim is the Director of Graduate Education at Silver Lake College of the Holy Family. She taught elementary and secondary students with special needs, including collaboration with parents and education professionals in both rural and inner-city environments for 10 years. Barney Slowey and Tamara Sharp are Chippewa Falls facilitators. Collectively, they embody 97 years as educators, 36 years as public school teachers, 20 years as school administrators, 23 years as facilitators of graduate education, 34 years as education consultants, and 60 years as coaches and mentors. They have been shaped by the thousands of students who crossed their paths and have learned from the best in our profession.
