Marketing Staff Member Selected to Exhibit Photography in Italy

Silver Lake College Photographer and Digital Communications Coordinator Dale Van Minsel was recently honored with an invitation to participate in the Social Culture Café ”A Click Forward" group exhibit at Internazionale a Ferrara, Ferrara, Italy. The show featured a collection of 72 photographs taken with an iPhone in three categories: Public Art, Urban/Street Art, and Social/ Creative Spaces. Dale’s photograph, entitled “Totem” is shown at left. The image was captured with his iPhone on a leisurely drive in southern Manitowoc County. The exhibit was open from October 5 to October 7, 2012. A total of 59 artists worldwide were selected to participate in the exhibit. Internazionale is a weekly journal that publishes the best articles from journals and newspapers from all over the world. The Social Culture Café group is a collaboration between Centro Studi Dante Bighi, a group of Italian Architects from Ferrara and Facebook photography group, Hipstamatic Sardinia.
