Silver Lake College Honors Graduates At 75th Commencement May 4

Silver Lake College of the Holy Family will honor 124 graduates on Saturday, May 4 at its 75th Commencement Ceremony. The celebration will begin at 9:00 am with the Baccalaureate Liturgy in the Silver Lake College Chapel (second floor, main building), 2406 South Alverno Road, Manitowoc, with The Most Reverend David L. Ricken, Bishop of the Diocese of Green Bay, presiding. A light brunch for graduates, family, friends, faculty and staff will follow in the College dining room. The Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Holiday Inn Manitowoc, 4601 Calumet Avenue, and will begin at 12:30 pm. The commencement address will be delivered by The Most Revered Robert F. Morneau, Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Green Bay. The Response of the Graduates will be delivered by Ms. Amanda Thuss of Manitowoc, who is graduating Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English.
